Websites for local trades and small shops.
I'm Yoshi, in Chula Vista, California. I build the whole thing myself, from the first sketch to the day it goes live. English and Spanish.

Four sample sites you can try right here.
None of these are real businesses. I made them to show how a roofer, a landscaper, an HVAC company or a plumber could look online. They're working pages, set in Chula Vista and the South Bay.
Scroll and tap inside the preview. Switch to Phone to see it the way most customers will.
The company names, phone numbers and numbers on these pages are made up. Yours would use your real ones.
A site people can use from a phone in a driveway.
Most of your customers will find you on a phone, often in a hurry. So the page loads quickly, the phone number is one tap away, and the quote form has only the fields you need.
I keep the pages plain on purpose. Fewer moving parts means fewer things that break while you're out on a job.
- A new websiteHome, services, a few photos, your contact details, a quote form.
- Quote requests that reach youEach request is saved in a Google Sheet and sent to you as an alert.
- A Spanish versionFor customers who'd rather read it in Spanish.
- Fixes to the site you already haveA broken form, a slow page, a plugin error on WordPress.
You see it before you decide anything.
- Tell me about the business.
What you do, where you work, how people reach you. A few lines is enough.
- I send you a sample made for it.
A real page with your trade and your town. It costs nothing and you can ignore it.
- If you like it, we talk about the real one.
Your own words and photos, your phone number, your service area. We agree on the price before any work starts.
- It goes live, and you can reach me after.
You get the files and a short note on how things work, so you aren't stuck with something you can't change.
I run my own web apps, too.
I also build and run two web apps of my own, with logins, payments, email and monitoring. Running them is what taught me what keeps a site working after launch, not only on launch day.
This page is built the same way I'd build yours: hand-written, no page builder, no tracking scripts. The numbers on the right are measured from the files you're looking at.
